1. Service Description

LegalAI Pro ("Service"), operated by LegalAI Pro Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), is a software-as-a-service platform available at https://www.legalaipro.site/. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate legal document templates for small businesses, including but not limited to contracts, NDAs, privacy policies, terms of service, employment agreements, partnership agreements, and invoice terms.

2. Account Terms

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring you are at least 18 years of age

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate documents for illegal purposes or fraudulent activities
• Misrepresent AI-generated documents as having been reviewed by an attorney
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label documents generated by the Service without authorization
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the system

4. Payment and Billing

LegalAI Pro offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: 3 documents per month at no cost
• Pro Plan: $29 per month for unlimited document generation, priority AI processing, PDF/Word export, and email support

Pro Plan subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: LegalAI Pro is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice.

Documents generated by the Service are AI-created templates based on general legal patterns. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Service:

• Does not create an attorney-client relationship
• Does not guarantee legal accuracy, completeness, or enforceability
• Does not replace the advice of a qualified attorney
• May not account for jurisdiction-specific requirements

You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and validating any documents before use. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed attorney before relying on any generated document for legal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the information you input and the documents generated for you through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Property: The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, software, design, branding, and documentation, is and remains the intellectual property of LegalAI Pro Inc. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALAI PRO INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Legal consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated documents
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in generated content

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@legalaipro.site or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
